the boys

I cannot believe that Eli is going to be one this month! ONE?! I decided that I’d better hurry up and take all of the baby pictures of him that I’ve been meaning to get around to- So here he is, almost not a lil’ baby anymore… Almost a one year old. He is ready for the title- Cruisin and crawling like lightening around the house. He wants to do everything with brother and does his best to keep up.
James Henry mid-scentence- telling me about his horse, Wildfire. The boy talks, and talks, and talks. Always talking! So much to say-

They’re the sweetest brothers and love to be together. Eli gets in James Henry’s bed as soon as he wakes up every morning.
Eli insist on feeding himself and this is the scene at almost every mealtime-

Bear with his “sand pile”- I love his imagination- Here you can see that the ladies were enjoying a nice picnic, when the lion came out of nowhere and scared them half to death- So, now the lion is in time- out. Of course he is.
That is life with a one, and a two year old: Precious, fun, funny, messy, exhausting, and flying by much to fast.

Lisa M Anderson: My oh my - so precious and so very true about boys at those ages. My little one (a girl) will be 2 on the 19th and each and every day she's less and less a baby and more and more a big girl wanting to do everything. She's talking so much that it's like she can hardly say all the words that are in her head. I adore this age though and very much love seeing the world through her eyes. I love these pictures...certainly captures their personalities and their lives as they really must be!
Aunt Bobbie: Thanks for the new pics of the boys. They are precious. I wish I could see them more often.
